A guide for planning, not a final specification. We assume 35 °C air (30 °C in air-conditioned areas) at the humidity of the site you choose, and Insulflex thermal conductivity of 0.038 W/m·K. The recommended thickness is the thinnest that keeps the outer surface at least 1 °C above the dew point, so no condensation forms. For hot water, it keeps the surface below 45 °C. Tubes fit pipes up to 3" (76 mm) with walls up to 25 mm. Larger pipes, thicker walls and ducts use sheet. Quantities include 10% extra for cutting and joints. Our team checks every list before quoting.
